For the first time, ill be bringing my facilitation to Bliss Boogie, and I couldnt be more thrilled. This festival isn't just an event it’s a transformational gathering of creatives, educators, and embodied souls, all coming together to celebrate life, love, and connection.

I’ll be leading a Primal Playshop, an experience designed to awaken your raw, untamed energy and guide you into deeper embodiment. We’ll explore movement, sensation, and instinct, tapping into the wisdom of our bodies in a way that is playful, liberating, and deeply connected. This is an invitation to surrender to the moment, to feel the pulse of your own aliveness, and to engage with others from a place of authenticity and embodied power.

Beyond my offering, Bliss Boogie is a space for joyful exploration, deep learning, and unbridled creativity with live music, interactive art, workshops, and a vibrant, inclusive community that embraces sexuality, self-expression, and conscious connection. Nestled in a stunning venue just outside Raleigh, this festival is designed to bring out the highest vibration in all who attend.
