I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be guiding four workshops at the upcoming Interfusion Festival—doubling my offerings from last year! It seems they couldn't get enough of Major Tom, and who can blame them?

Interfusion Festival is a soulful, movement-based gathering that draws over 1,500 like-minded souls from across the U.S. and beyond for five transformative days of learning, healing, play, and connection. Held over MLK weekend, this festival is more than just an event; it’s a space where we embrace a multidisciplinary approach to wellness—from conscious dance and acro yoga to wisdom talks and live music.
